Welcome to Luneat's art shop! I'm an illustrator who loves working with rich colors and warm atmospheres to implement into prints and stationary products. I hope that my works can bring some form of joy and entertainment to people in their everyday lives.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally. The shipping price will vary based on the volume/weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that MoonFishGhost is not responsible for any duties or customs that you may incur, and cannot predict or advise what the fees will be. Be advised that this means EU orders are NOT VAT-inclusive. Thank you for your understanding.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once orders are received, with the exemption of preorder items, I will prepare the package to be ready to be shipped within the next 7 days. Domestic (US based) orders will take take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive to its destination, while international will take approximately 7-21 business days to arrive. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Shipping updates will be posted on my twitter @moonfishghost!

What payment do you accept?
Paypal is accepted.

Why is international shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately the cost for international shipping is out of my control, but I am constantly researching ways to reduce the shipping cost.

What if something is wrong with my order?
All sales are final, however, if items are damaged during transit, missing, or incorrect please contact me at my email below and I can send over a replacement! Include a photo and your order number in the email so I can update the information.
